About Us PRECISION Timing Services, Inc. is owned and operated by Joey Newsom.  Founded in 1998, the original mission of PTS was to improve the timing quality and efficiency of track & field events around state of Oklahoma.  The area of timing quickly expanded into Missouri, Texas, Kansas and Arkansas.  Over the past ten years, PTS has also expanded the services that it has to offer a customer.  Multiple finish lines, wind gauge, results scoreboard, pace clock, wireless gun sensors and remote printing are some of the enhancements to the standard quality of timing service provided by PTS.  Specializing in Track & Field, PTS also times Cross Country and Road Races.  PTS uses FinishLynx digital timing cameras interface with Hy-Tek Meet Manager to provide accurate and efficient event results.  Track & Field spectators love the results scoreboard near the finish line with results flashing even before the competitors stop running.  PTS is proud to be the timing company for: Missouri Southern State University, Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association,   Missouri University of Science & Technology, The Endeavor Games, Oklahoma USA Track & Field, and numerous other universities, schools and clubs.
