Coaches:  Read the directions below for the on-line
entry form process. 

 

 

Phase 1:     Enter your team information.  Please fill in the requested information in each box.  You must select
                   boys, girls, or both.    E-mail addresses are required. You will receive an e-mail confirming your team
                   information entry.  Only Sign-Up one time.  Use the Log-In form for return visits or the link in your
                   confirmation e-mail.

Phase 2:     Enter your athletes and their events.  If an athlete is in a relay only, enter their name but do not enter them
                  in any individual events.  You may update entry marks, change events, add/delete athletes until the deadline.

                 Save without declaring until you are certain that there are no more changes. 
                 Once you declare your roster, you will not be able to access your entries again.

                 Entry Marks:    Please follow the Format of the time/measurement shown by the event.
                 If you do not know have a time/distance entry mark, Place a  "0"  (zero) in the box.

Phase 3:    Print a copy of your roster. Declare your roster before the entry deadline.
